Garden Philosophy

At Eco Garden Designs we create unity and harmony by linking the garden design with the house (its exterior and interior) and with its own setting (ie, beyond the boundaries).

Our philosophy is to design ecologically sound gardens that support wildlife, which in turn helps to protect the global environment. This means we design gardens that use:

• native plants and trees to encourage wildlife
• ‘forest friendly’ products
• materials that are sourced locally
• stone products from recognised quarries
• recycled or reclaimed products
• water conservation methods

As professional designers we know how important scale and proportion is to the overall visual appearance. So we make sure all the features and elements in the design are harmonious and in balance.
